Apple has posted its two new iPod ads to its site so that you too can see where all those advertising dollars are going for these new products. The iPod nano ad and iPod touch ad are pretty much exactly as we described them—the nano ad focusing on the colors, of course, and the iTouch ad focusing on mobile gaming.

If you watched the QuickTime stream of yesterday's special event, you may have already seen them in their blocky, compressed glory, but now you can finally watch them with some decent resolution.

What do you think of the new ads? I love colors as much as the next guy (or girl), but I feel like the iPod nano might be getting sold a little short on some of its other cool features, like the new accelerometer and shake-to-skip-ahead. Same with the iPod touch and its millions of other capabilities. But hey, this is advertising, and the general public has a short attention span. I guess you just have to focus on one concept at a time.
