About Us

The BOP Blues Club established in 2006, based in ROTORUA New Zealand, aims to promote Blues Music in the Bay of Plenty. Every year since 2011, BOP Blues has brought to Rotorua a Blues Festival that has attracted musicians and blues music lovers from all over New Zealand and Australia. In March 2022 Bop Blues Club proudly rebranded the festival to NZ Blues and BBQ Festival which will run during the last weekend of November, and will continue to run every year during this weekend.
