Three-Cornered Leek, named for its triangular stem, is a late spring-flowering bulb that hosts drooping one-sided umbels of white bell-shaped flowers with green stripes along each petal. Angled, grassy leaves have a distinct onion odor when crushed. Entire plant is edible- cooked or raw. Plant in shade to part shade. Will spread and establish itself in large clumps in shady areas.
