This is Blinky. Blinky is a resilient fish. Blinky has had to live as a cartoon for over twenty years now. That is a strong will to live. Our good friend Blinks is a fish like no other. He has three eyes. The better to see you with. But it seems that Blinky can be caught unawares. He has no eyeballs behind him. You could probably sneak up behind Blinky if you were a Springfielder. You’d probably have other things to worry about, but if you were hungry, you could probably sneak up on Bilnky for an irradiated dinner. No fish have eyes on their back, and humans have been hunting fish in perpetuity. If fish made this simple change they may be able to keep themselves safe. Maybe we wouldn’t have overfishing problems anymore. But alas, fish will not play along.
