Happy Sunday everyone! Who says pancakes have to be boring? š
Today I made some pancakes out of Aunt Jermima Pancake mix. I can make pancakes out from scratch .. but it is a little time consuming for me. So I used the time decorating them instead.
Ingredients for Pancakes:
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
Ingredients for Decoration:
- Whipped cream
- Banana
- Strawberry (cut into half)
- Blueberries (cut into half)
- Cheese (cut into thin stripes)
- Baby carrots
Method:
- Mixed everything well and cook different shapes of pancakes at low heat
- No oil is required
