Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered for curb side pickup..... The tracking was saying I picked it up. No one EVER came out to give me the pizza. We were not allowed to enter the store. (Could not have been due to covid) none o them had on masks, gloves or anything... There were SEVERAL people just waiting to be served that had either ordered online or there to order. No organization at all. You had to give your name when you got the persons attention.
They should have read the names on the MANY boxes that were ready. Sorry service!

This pizza look like my dog made it look at the crust look at the limited toppings really I should have done door dash at least I would have gotten a credit for this mess

If I could give this a 0 star I would!!! What can I say about this order? Trash! Utter disappointment! I had my taste buds set on papa John's pizza. I ordered online and went to pick up my pizza. I did the curbside order and still had to go inside and get my pizza. Upon entering the restaurant there were a few pizzas on the shelf and one box was slightly opened. That one box was mine! Ugh. The gentleman gave me the pizza box and said "here you go my guy!" No customer service at all! I got my pizza and chalked up the box being open as the garlic sauce being in the way or the box not being put together completely. I got in the car and drove home (6 mins away) I get home and open up the pizza box ready to indulge in a hot fresh papa john's pizza just to realize that my garlic sauce has already been opened! (Disgusting, ESPECIALLY during this time of covid!). The pizza didn't even look all the way done! I called the restaurant and just knew I would get at LEAST an apology! Wrong! I called and asked who was the manager on duty and I was advised that Elijah was the manager on duty and I asked to speak with him. He answers the phone and says "yea". No "thanks for holding", no "how you doing? How can I help you?" NOTHING, just "yea". I told Elijah how my pizza looked and how it didn't look done (which I can fix by throwing in the oven) but my main complaint was the garlic sauce already being opened as if someone was using my sauce! Elijah's response "our pizza always done, and for the sauce I can issue you a credit". Didn't even apologize for God knows who was using my garlic sauce, didn't even ask if he could remake it. I would have LOVED my pizza to be remade, I could care less about the credit. However his response was "what's your number so I can issue this credit?" I proceed to give him a credit and then he says "ok credit issued, bye" and the call was disconnected. I am beyond in disbelief and disgusted as this was my FIRST time to this restaurant as it is the closest to my house. Needless to say I'll drive across town to the papa Johns that I KNOW will do right by it's customers and tell everybody I know to AVOID this one AT ALL COST!

Haven't had a single issue since moving here a few years ago. Pizza is always hot and fresh and looks good. The only weird thing is how they don't deliver really. We love about 3 minutes up the road so it isn't a big deal but they don't deliver to us. Either way though our food is always great and done right.

This papa johns has hit bottom on quality pizza. This location was pretty good before covid hit, but I've gotten horrible tasting pizza back to back. How can you mess up a pepperoni pizza, but I guess you can if you're using sub par ingredients trying to keep the doors open. I ordered the works and a basic pepperoni pizza got home and was totally dissatisfied. I ended up eating a PBJ sandwich. I'll start going back to the Ellenwood location.

This location is the FUCKING worse! They don't pick up the phone and my order has been wrong on two occasions. Do not order.

Waited 2+ hours for a CHEESE PIZZA & 6 WINGS what the absolute fuck is wrong with this location?!

This pizza shop sucks and the workers has the nastiest attitude.. my pizza is over an hour late and they said well it got real busy just lost my business!!

Very bad customer service ordered a pizza Saturday night at 6:30pm pizza did not arrive until one hour later they said it was a 30-40 minute delivery time . I spoke with manager and she was no help at all she lied about the time they received the order don't she know there is a time stamp on the confirmation I'll never order pizza from there again. If it happen to me I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened before . Think twice about ordering from this location.
