We had Pappas Catering for our wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful!

They were more than willing to work with our wedding coordinator with everything she needed. We were complimented on our food by a bunch of people (and you know how bad wedding food can sometimes be!). I didn't interact with the staff much, but whenever I did, they were beyond courteous and fun to have at the event. They even passed champagne for toasts and took care of cutting and passing the cake, which to me is above and beyond good service.

I am so glad we hired Pappas Catering for our wedding reception. I cannot stress enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with them! They just made our event so much better.

P.S. Get the avocado bar - it's fantastic!

They recently catered my daughters wedding and were fantastic. Not only was the food delicious, the service was exceptional. I got lots of quotes for the reception and they were far more reasonable then other catering companies that was on the preferred vendor list. I would use them again if the need ever arrives.

Pappas catered our wedding and it was one of the best decisions I've made! They were so easy to work with, and so clear about their pricing. The catering team cooked the meat outside our venue (which was delicious and SO fresh) and we used their bussing service to help flip the event space and clean tables.

Everything went off without error, and when they heard I recently became a vegetarian (I just planned to eat the sides), they went and made me a vegetarian plate and had my plate and my husbands put on out sweetheart table for us to eat. They then made sure we knew to go eat, because it was hot on our table for us!

Overall, the best wedding food I have ever had. If you want delicious, fresh food that is actually worth the money, pick Pappas!

The food was excellent, the servers, Maddy and Maria, were amazing and professional, the chef, Matt, was hard-working and charming and cooked delicious food. He also could back the trailer into our driveway which is a feat unto its self!

They cleaned everything up so nicely, nothing was overlooked by them.

What a wonderful experience and all of the party goers loved the food and commented on the professionalism of the crew.

Thanks to you all for helping us throw an awesome engagement party where I didn't have to work!

Pappas catered my Austin wedding reception on December 27th at House on the Hill. The entire staff was conscientious, well-prepared and meticulous with their service. They really went out of their way to give us outstanding service, and I was very impressed. The steak and salmon dinner was delicious and people particularly loved their mesquite-grilled bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp appetizer. That dish was a huge hit! Thank you for a fabulous job.

First of all, I am finding a hard time deciding to rave about the delicious food or the fantastic service Pappasitos provided. Everyone loved the food, commenting that it was the best they've had at a wedding. Guests also really loved the Avocado bar. The only bad thing was that there were so many wonderful people that helped throughout the night, I couldn't keep track of all of their names. From the bartender to the Avocado bar staff, to the cooking staff, to the serving staff...Pappasitos made my event worry-free. They helped with guest traffic, accommodating guests with special needs, and kept me informed along the way. They did more than a job well-done, they exceeded my expectations, and I am so happy that I chose Pappasitos. Thank you all very much!

I wish I could give Pappa's Catering more stars. They are phenomenal! We have used them for 4 years now for our annual 4th of July party with 100+ guests.

We get the fajitas, the shrimp brochettes, all the fixins' and a dessert tray.

The food is yummy, yummy, yummy. We always get compliments to which we pass on.

They stand out in the Texas heat and cook and serve with smiles on their faces.

Pappa's catered my daughter's wedding reception Saturday, July 23rd and if I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!! I worked with Regina Abdalla and Lauren Hanley, and both of these ladies did an AMAZING job!! The appetizers were great, chicken and beef fajitas dinner was amazing and the full bar was perfect. We received soooo many complements on how FABULOUS the food and service was!!!! Lauren and her staff managed the floor throughout the reception. Her staff was dressed professionally, they were very polite, all had smiles the entire night and ensured all tables remained clean. Pappa's catering exceeded all of my expectations......A++ from start to finish!!! Thank you very much for helping make my daughter's wedding reception an absolutely perfect event!!!
