"I went to an cardiologist appointment and the doctor was running late. It was late in the day and I waited in the exam room 30 min for the doctor, after an initial conversation with the nurse. I wasn't updated about her being late. I left the exam room and asked the front desk and he summoned that nurse to update me. 7 minutes later she finally came in chatted with me about 10 min. The tech put on a device for me to wear for a week and return. I returned the device almost a week ago and never got any feedback but almost immediately got a emailed bill reminder and kept reminding me everyday. I am not impressed with this part of Overlake Medical."
