I say: “Everything in the universe is energy!” and Einstein confirms

Evolution means development. And as everything -and everyone- grows old, they are meant to develop. With each day or week, a baby gets taller, heavier and his brain cells start to function more and more. Human beings can see the reality around them with their senses and create a subjective perception about it. They get mature step by step.

Along with the solid side, we have an abstract part of us which we call “intellectual dimension”. Since we have certain limitations on our perception, we acknowledge the physical environment that we feel with our senses, read with our mind and finally imagine in our brain as the sole reality. This erring perception causes the energy in “Matter-Energy Set-up” coming from the very beginning of the Creation to be ignored.

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

— Albert Einstein

Everything in the universe is made up of energy and energy is immortal. It is described as a power sometimes seeming as heat, sometimes as light and sometimes as sound in our physical world. But there are vice versa types of energy that cannot be seen but sensed such as love, hatred, fear… Their being imperceptible does not mean that they don’t exist. Famous German-born theoretical physicist, who developed the theory of relativity, Albert Einstein said: “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” For more information, you may check his special relativity theory that says mass and energy are the same entity.

How do we get the energy into our body?

As I said above, we consist of 7 layers of energy that is called Aura or Energy Channels. The available energy is taken into the human body via these energy channels. Our soul is said to be directing our life experiences to our energy body and then to the physical body with the help of a semi-material bond called “periphery”.

Does our aura get sick?

Just like our material body, our etheric body (energy body) can get sick and this state of sickness is called “energy blockage”. Normally we take the energy into our bodies from our crown chakra (right above the head) and transfer it to the soil through our feet and hands. However, the blockages mentioned above may change the direction of this flow and halt it for a while. During these times we feel weak, angry, intolerable, unhappy or stressful. Our energy, with our life experience, is reflected first to our thoughts then to our senses and then to psychosomatic pain or ache. For example, think of someone who is reprimanded by his or her boss at every weekly meeting. That person first will start to develop a mindscape in his/her head that he is inadequate and unsuccessful, then feel unconfident. (the mindscape forms emotions here.) The expected result is his having headaches periodically. (and thoughts form pain or aches on the body eventually.) This simple example may be enough for us to understand how powerful our thoughts are!

Tell me how many times you ask yourself these kinds of questions?

Why do I always live these negative/bad/awful things in my life? Why do these kinds of things always happen to me? Why am I always penniless? I want to quit smoking, but I cannot. I cannot manage to find happiness in my emotional relationships, why?

These stereotyped sentences root from negative thoughts inside your head. And the negative thoughts root from traumas experienced throughout your life. (or maybe coming deep from your karma) These thoughts create blockage on your energy body and can make you feel bad. Sounds like a vicious circle, right?

“Like all our life experiences, we create diseases with our own thoughts. At the basis and development of every result we reach lies a pattern of thought.”

— Louise L. Hay

“I would be much happier if I had more money.” or “If I was more beautiful, he would not cheat on me.” types of thoughts are just defense mechanisms growing in your head. At this point, you need to alter your negative mindscape and lower your stress level quitting to repeat the negative pattern of thoughts. And to manage this, you need to find the emotion under your action and transform the energy it creates. Otherwise, no affirmation will work for you. The famous American metaphysics teacher and healer Louise L. Hay said: “Like all our life experiences, we create diseases with our own thoughts. At the basis and development of every result we reach lies a pattern of thought.” That is pretty correct! You will take all the negative train of thoughts with you wherever you go unless you realize the situation and decide to change your thinking pattern.

I can see you’re looking forward to reading something about affirmation after reading this article :) be my guest please: https://medium.com/@dileryazici/the-power-of-affirmation-d2e3c7b35b05
