My worst experience to date on Airbnb with this agency.
First of all, they try to scam you with a stiff check-in policy and chose your arrival by default for you, so if you don't pay attention you have to pay 80/100 euros only to check-in.
The room was small and nothing like the photos, the flat is not maintained and the furniture is old. They were supposed to clean every week (charging you 150e of cleaning fees a month) but it happened only once.
They ignore you when you message them or tell you what you ask for is not included in the service.
They also stole the deposits of the flatmates, I was lucky I only rented a month by Airbnb.

The name of the real estate agent was Emilio Fernandez Moreno.
And recommend to everyone to not book a room with this agency.

And overall, pay attention when you see a listing on Airbnb with no reviews. They usually delete the listings with bad reviews

Terrible company, 100% wouldn't recommend. I moved out 4 months ago and they still haven't returned my deposit of 520 euros. When I pressed them, they finally said they'll send it to me, but charged me SO much for a room I left in perfect condition. I'll only receive 190 euros IF they ever even pay me. The pisos aren't nice and whenever something was broken, it took forever to get it fixed. Wouldn't recommend this company, terrible service and really unprofessional.

Horrible conditions in outdated apartments, takes forever to get back your security deposit. Fails to answer phone calls and emails. Honestly the biggest thiefs in Europe. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION.

Terrible company! I stayed in one of their rooms during july and august and to book the room I had to make a deposit with the amount referring to a month of rent that, according to the signed contract, would be returned within 60 business days after the check out date. However, it has been four months since I left the rented apartment and I still haven't received ANYTHING. I keep sending several e-mails to them and they never reply. Don't book via them, this company is a SCAM! They do not respect the contracts and are very disrespectful with the client! Huge fraud.

WARNING DO NOT RENT ROOMS with OH my room, it is a TRAD MARK not an Agency/Company and they sign FAKE ROOM RENT AGREEMENTS. I say this because I am a Lawyer and have one of their Agreements. Its NON VALID, if tey all in default you can never claim them anything in Court. In the contract I have payments are done to TLS Group Europe Spain S.L. (CIF B-85109726). Who ever has a contract with OH my room, go to CONSUMO in Madrid the address is Principe de Vergara 140 and write a letter againt TLS Group Europe Spain S.L. (CIF B-85109726) As responsible of the fake contracts subscribed only by the Lessee and signed by a person who does not identifies him/herself with a DNI or Company identification.

Oh my Room is part of the TLS Group and DO NOT BOOK any rooms with them. The TLS Group has a very bad track record of not paying back the students deposit !!!!! This is their core business, to scam their customers!!

They do not reply to your emails and will only delay the entire process to keep your deposit. That´s how they make money, not my facilitating the rooms. I will not surprised if they just change the company name again and disappear with your money.

Do not rent anything from Oh My Room, its a scam !!!

Do not rent anything from Housing Anywhere or Oh My Room or TLS Group !!!!!
They scam students by not paying back their deposits.
No e-mail, no phone, no decency to talk or respond.
Keep your money safe and use another company.
Be warned....

**Zero Stars** We have had the same experience as all the other reviews. Oh My Room/Simply Stay/TLS all the same scamming company.. read reviews . Paid deposit in Nov 2017 for Madrid Flat rental Jan-June 2018 for our daughter. Heard nothing but complaints from her and her flat mates the entire rental period. Landlord does not take care of basic maintenance or basic kitchen items that were needed. Bad communication. Just a very unprofessional company. We were promised verbally and by contact the deposit within 30 days. Mid August I started sending emails with no responses. Contacted Spot A Home because we actually rented the room through them. They seemed empathetic and shocked and I had hope they could help. Pretty much feel they know what is going on and just do not care. I remembered I paid by Visa and decided to contact customer service to see if they could help get my money back. I am not sure what happened but I received a credit back to my Visa within 3 days. So, I recommend contacting your Visa and explain the situation if you happened to pay with Visa

DON"T DO IT!!! I never write reviews but wow!!!... this place is horrible! Trust me, i've been there, I needed to find something fast because my contract was almost up at my previous apartment but honestly this is the worst agency I have ever come across. They tell you that they will be there along the way with you but whenever something breaks or needs fixing they do not send maintenance to fix it. The wifi has NEVER worked properly! There is not a day it is not bad. Despite constant emails to the agency to fix, 8 months later and nothing is fixed. They have hidden fees too! They charged some people 75euros as a "checkout" fee but never mention that when you sign the contract. They do not allow guests over, even when the agents showing you around the house say that they do. Honestly, I could go on talking about this place but really I recommend looking elsewhere!

I am the Landlord of one the flats managed by lTLS Group and The Companies of the Group OH my room (PROPERTY LEASES FTS, S.A.U, 360 REAL ESTATE CAPITAL and Property Leases FTS Madrid, SLU (SIMPLYSTAY), and I COMPLAINT because they have not paid me the rent of the last month payed by the Lessees to the Agency and their lack of professionalism and negligent attitude that has damaged my property.

For example an ANECDOTE OF THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM is the Contract/Agreement that sign people who occupy houses managed by Property Leases FTS Madrid, SLU (SIMPLYSTAY). These Contracts/Agreements are NOT VALID. In the Spanish clauses when the parts of the Contract/Agrement are recalled, THE LESSEE is both Agency and the person who occupies the flat. In the English text Agency is The Lessor and the other is the Lessee. English and Spanish translation of Contract/Agreement are not properly done.

Hahahaha, however, (in both Spanish and English text), the Agency is THE LESSOR in the clause to receive THE RENT, THE MANY PENALTIES established in the clauses and THE FINES.

I recommend you to take the Contract/Agreement to Consumer´s Office.

My daughter has signed a Contract/Agreement with them.

It has been 9 months since I left my room in Calle del marqués del Riscal 2, Madrid, Spain.

We have sent and called with Oh my Room! over 10 times, en we are not getting our deposit back. This was 500 euro's, a lot of money!!

It's a shame that you call yourself a good company, or even a company.

Don't book a room by them!!!!

WARNING! DON'T EVER USE THIS AGENCY!

There's no words to describe how crappy this agency is. They only care about getting your money.
When I rented the room I specifically said I wanted an apartment with washing machine, they guaranteed me the one I was looking had it. SURPRISE: the machine was broken when I arrived and it took them almost 2 months to replace it. I called, they never answered, i sent emails they always said they would do it next week.
On the day of my arrival, I got the WORST. Person doing the check-in. First, she had the wrong keys, second she left me in the apartment alone and told me to go get the keys myself...
Because of this the initial Inventory they charge you didn't happen. I kept calling and sending emails asking to return my money but no answer was given and they decided to do the inventory in MAY!!! ( I ENTERED IN FEBRUARY)
Another warning: THEY ENTER INSIDE THE APARTMENTS WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU THEY ARE COMING. Last time I was getting ouf of the shower when I heard someone strange getting inside the house!!!! They never apologize and they say they can do it whenever they want!!!! ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️
Lastly they are ROBBERS!!! THEY MAKE UP EXCUSES TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY AND NEVER RETURN IT FULLY.
Please don't be like me and don't get folled by these little pieces of crap!!!

DO NOT RENT WITH THESE COMPANY! The price that appaers on the web page is not the real price. We had to reserve a room back in setember 2017 that was supposedly 375€ a month because we were running out of time. So we reserved and we payed 250€ for the reservation.A couple of days after a worker from oh my room contacted me vie whatts up and he told me that the room was actually going to cost 525€ and since that price was nowhere in the web i told him that i though the room was actually 375€ and he called me and told me that the 150€ was because of the expenses, wich is not only an incredible amount to pay for expenses being only one person, but also is somenthing that did not appaer anywhere on the web. And so i told him to cancell my reservation because it was obviously too expensive but he told me that when i payed my reservation i agreed to the terms and conditions wich theoretically said that i could not get my reservation back, but yet again these terms and conditions did not feature anywhere on the web. In the end we were lucky that we made our payment through paypal, who opened a case investingating what happended and now we are waiting to get our money back.
