Harry Potter is an ordinary 11-year-old boy who learns that he is actually a wizard and has been invited to attend the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. Snatched away from his mundane existence by Hagrid, the giant grounds keeper for Hogwarts, Harry is thrown head-first into a magical world he never knew existed. This is the first film in the series.
