The actor went to City Hall in New York City with girlfriend Morgan Macgregor on Monday morning to tie the knot, his rep confirms to PEOPLE. Hall, 45, and his new bride first stepped out as a couple in 2012. The former Dexter star has been married twice before, once to his series costar Jennifer Carpenter, from whom he split from in 2012, and to actress Amy Spanger from 2002 to 2007. Most recently Hall starred in the musical Lazarus, in which he played the role David Bowie originated in The Man Who Fell to Earth, and will also appear in the movie Christine, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in January.
