In 2004, Public Art Fund, in collaboration with the Whitney Museum, presented nine installations by seven artists for the 2004 Biennial Exhibition. Yayoi Kusama’s “Narcissus Garden” was included in this presentation, and has been installed in Fort Tilden as part of MoMA PS1’s Rockaway! art festival.
