On the final night of JH-Town weekend, Rockets guard James Harden hosted a celebrity basketball game at Texas Southern University. Several NBA players were among the stars, including Harden’s former Thunder teammate Russell Westbrook.

The two perennial MVP candidates were teammates once again, if only for the night. Watch Harden connect with Westbrook on a halfcourt alley-oop in transition.

Each guard dazzled the crowd throughout the course of the evening. Proceeds from the event went to Harden’s education foundation, 3 The Harden Way, which provides “academic financial support to high achieving students demonstrating leadership within communities facing economic hardship.”
