Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Sorry dude, I didn't mean to single you out.

At the end of the day I understand this is their sandbox and we're allowed to play in it, so if they (the mods & owners) wish to have a double standard, thats their prerogative.

BTW, Psimet, I took no offense at those pictures and if a formerly large person did, I would have told them to HTFU.

With regard to Liz, hoping her recovery is speedy. I think she is cute but not exactly my type, there are prettier cyclists out there

No worries. I'm not a soap box kind of guy when it comes to that stuff. I am more of a "poke a bear in a cage with a stick" kind of guy.

I am very familiar with that road as I used to drive it once a week to get from Santa Rosa to St. Helena for band practice. It's a shortcut instead of taking Mark West Springs further to the north. It's also way more curvy and generally makes passengers in vehicles car sick. I have yet to try it on the bike however.

Its also funny to me that she went to Queen of the Valley. I've spent way too much time in that place working - my firm designed the new lobby, ER, Cancer Center, and Women's Center. Were replacing the cooling system in the main dataframe room right now. If she had to, very unlikely, get into the cath lab, we recently completed that too .
