It has been ten years since audiences met The Bellas and fell in love with the film Pitch Perfect.

In the 2012 film, Anna Kendrick starred as Beca, an incoming freshman at Barden University who is recruited for the university's a cappella group by the group's co-leaders, Aubrey (Anna Camp) and Chloe (Brittany Snow).

As Beca leads The Bellas to victory in the ICCA (International Championship of Collegiate A cappella), she bonds with her quirky Bellas co-members like Patricia 'Fat Amy Hobart (Rebel Wilson) and gets romantically involved with Jesse (Skyler Astin), a member of rival a cappella group The Treblemakers.

Pitch Perfect not only offered fun look at the unique niche of acapella singing but was filled with snappy one-liners like 'you guys are gonna get pitch-slapped' and memorable characters.

While it is considered a sleeper hit, there are plenty of loyal fans who have been long for the ride from the start.

Pitch Perfect's success lead to the eventual release of sequels Pitch Perfect 2 (2015) and Pitch Perfect 3 (2017).

While there have been rumblings of a fourth Pitch Perfect film, no additional sequels have been confirmed. While fans await another instalment, here is what the cast of the original Pitch Perfect has been up to since.

Anna Kendrick felt 'very lucky' to work on Pitch Perfect trilogy as she continues a successful career in film and TV

Anna Kendrick, 37, had some big career highlights prior to 2012 including starring in High Society on Broadway at just 12 years old, being apart of trendy Twilight series and acting alongside George Clooney in Up in the Air (2009).

However, Pitch Perfect is the film that truly thrust her into the mainstream and showed off her skills as both a singer and comedic actress.

Kendrick played the sarcastic and standoffish Beca. The actress followed her gut and stuck to her interpretation of Beca's persona, even when pressured to play an 'energetic and enthusiastic' of the character and it paid off.

The actress had plenty of influence on set, revealing to Vanity Fair that she was the one to come up with the idea for the renowned Cups song that found itself soaring on the Top 40s charts.

After Pitch Perfect, Kendrick continued to have a successful acting career. She kept exploring the avenue of movie musicals, starring in films like The Last Five Years (2013) and Into the Woods (2014). She also lent her voice as Poppy in the 2016 Trolls movie.

The actress also took on plenty of non-singing roles in films like The Accountant, A Simple Favor and Cake.

Naturally, Kendrick was asked to return for both sequels, Pitch Perfect 2 and Pitch Perfect 3, a process that she described as being just as chaotic as filming the first one but an enjoyable one nonetheless.

'We got especially close on the third one,' she shared of the group dynamic while speaking with Elle. 'I just feel so proud. It's such a diverse group.'

She added: 'I think I didn't fully appreciate until the third one how rare it is to work with ten women from such different backgrounds. We're close in age, but we have such different points of view and such different senses of humor. I feel very lucky.'

She even commented on the rumors about another Pitch Perfect sequel while noting she wouldn't be opposed to doing it.

'I understand that this is probably the last one, and it's a very nice satisfying ending, I hope,' she told the outlet. 'But there's definitely part of all of us that's like, "We will do more," in tiny whisper voices.'

She continued: 'We went to dinner after the last night of filming, and I was all drunk and emotional.'

She also has revealed to Us Weekly that the cast a has a group chat that they still engage in occasionally.

Since wrapping up the third Pitch Perfect film, Kendrick has transitioned to a life on the small screen starring in and serving as an EP on Dummy (2020), which received an Emmy nomination for, and playing Darby on Love Life (2021).

As for her personal life, she started dating cinematographer Ben Richardson just after Pitch Perfect from 2014 to 2020.

She made headlines when it came out that she was dating her Noelle (2019) co-star, Bill Hader, in January 2022. At the time, her rep stated they had been dating and managed to keep their relationship a secret for 'over a year'

However, the two announced their split just six months later after Hader vehemently insisted she would not be appearing in his HBO show Barry.

Her most recent film Alice, Darling, mixed with some of those personal experiences.

Kendrick had told PEOPLE she 'was coming out of a personal experience with emotional abuse and psychological abuse' around the time she was filming the 2022 film Alice, Darling.

The actress explained: 'I was in a situation where I loved and trusted this person more than I trusted myself.'

'So when that person is telling you that you have a distorted sense of reality and that you are impossible and that all the stuff that you think is going on is not going on, your life gets really confusing really quickly.'

She still struggles admitting that 'my body still believes that it was my fault' but described making the film centered around abuse as 'incredibly cathartic.'

Rebel Wilson went from Fat Amy to Fit Amy and aspires to win an Oscar after Pitch Perfect franchise

Rebel Wilson, 42, hails from Australia and got her big break in the US when she starred in Bridesmaids in 2011. Shortly after that, she booked Pitch Perfect.

Wilson played a character who called herself Fat Amy, explaining she adopted the title so 'twig bitches like you don’t call me it behind my back' and reclaimed the term 'fat' as her own positive mantra as the confident character.

On the Graham Norton Show, she revealed she had been the first actress cast in Pitch Perfect and landed the gig after auditioning with her rendition of Lady Gaga's Edge of Glory and accompanying herself by using her own body as percussion.

The comedic pursuit definitely paid off for Wilson. Not only did she land the role, but she won an MTV Award and Teen Choice Award from it.

'We can't believe how successful it's become,' she enthused during her appearance on the talk show, five years after the film's release. 'It's so cool because we're all friends in the cast and so we wanna work together again.'

And that's just what she did. Wilson rejoined the cast for Pitch Perfect 2 and 3. Even to this day, Wilson still thinks about her days as a Bella. She posted her own tribute to the tenth anniversary of Pitch Perfect by posting a throwback video on Instagram.

'It’s the 10 year anniversary of PITCH PERFECT today! 10 years!! Wow!!' She wrote in the post's caption. 'Love to everyone involved with these films - the highest grossing musical comedy films of ALL TIME!!!'

'We love our fans and are so grateful to you! I’ll be playing the soundtracks whilst I’m at the gym today, remembering all those fun times!!

'We made music with our mouths, we made lifelong friendships, we hopefully made you laugh! Fat Amy was a dream role and will always have a special place in my heart,' she said of her time working on the Pitch Perfect films

'We made music with our mouths, we made lifelong friendships, we hopefully made you laugh! Fat Amy was a dream role and will always have a special place in my heart,' she concluded.

After filming the Pitch Perfect franchise, she continued her comedic work in satirical films like Isn't It Romantic (2019) and Senior Year (2022). She also kept her musical streak going with the movie musical Cats (2019).

She also tapped into her dramatic side, SAG Award nomination for the 2019 film Jojo Rabbit. It seems that there may be more dramatic work in Wilson's future as she recently expressed that her goal is to win an Oscar.

'I definitely want to win an Oscar,' she told PEOPLE. 'I think comedy doesn't get respected in the same way, so it's not going to be for Senior Year but maybe for one of my dramatic movies coming up. That's definitely a big goal of mine.'

She has been working on goals in her personal life as well. During her 'Year of Health' in 2020 she lost a whopping 77lbs and is still working towards her weight loss goals.

'My goal was to get healthier and lose the bodyweight I didn’t want,' she said on the Apple Fitness+ Time To Walk season three premiere. 'I knew deep down that I wasn’t the healthiest version of myself because of work commitments.'

Wilson shed the weight by getting at least 60 minutes of exercise everyday and going on a high protein diet. Her favorite method of exercise is walking since it feels 'safe' to her and is 'free.' She also stressed the importance of meditation and working on self-esteem.

Just because she lost the weight, it doesn't mean she left Fat Amy behind. She joked on Instagram that she just went from Fat Amy to Fit Amy.

The also recently started dating Ramona Agruma. The two had first been spotted together in January but Wilson went public about her relationship and her sexuality in June order to get ahead of a story from the Sydney Morning Herald after the Australian paper threatened to 'out' her.

'I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince... but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess,' she wrote along with pic of the two cuddled up.

Since then, they've been spotted on all sorts of adorable dates. The two both seem to enjoy attending tennis matches together as they were seen at both Wimbledon and the US Open.

Skylar Astin found love as well as a career making TV musical series through Pitch Perfect

Skyler Astin, 35, got his start in the theater starring in Spring Awakening and Hollywood Bowl's production of Rent.

He then got his big break in Pitch Perfect. Astin played Jesse, an aspiring cinematographic composer who ended up falling in love with Beca and taking charge of the rival a cappella group, the Treblemakers.

He thoroughly enjoyed playing his character, claiming that Jesse is not afraid to by dorky or be himself. And he enjoyed the overall process of filming Pitch Perfect just as much.

He described the process of rehearsing as a cast as a 'love fest' and positive experience, adding that said the cast was always very close.

Even still, Astin wasn't prepared for how much of a success the film would be.

'I thought it was hilarious straight away,' Astin told NME, 'But I did think: "Are people going to go for this? Is it too campy?" But I’ll tell you someone who always knew [it would take off:] Rebel Wilson.'

He added: 'From the first table read, when we were still figuring it out, she was saying: "You guys don’t understand – we’re not just doing one of these movies. Skylar, you’re going to be a heartthrob and we’re going to win all the Teen Choice Awards."'

The film did in fact go on to win four Teen Choice Awards, and Astin was one of the recipients.

Astin didn't just get an award out of Pitch Perfect but also left with a relationship. He and one of the film's stars Anna Camp started dating soon after the film's release in 2013.

The pair ended up getting engaged three years later in 2016. For Astin, he told Popsugar it was love at first sight.

'I knew the second I met her that I wanted to know her, and I just wanted to be in her life. I knew that,' he told the outlet.

'I never saw an end of wanting to be in her life, so to say that it's love at first sight, there's some truth to that,' he continued. 'I think that I just can't imagine my life without her, so there's nothing I'd rather do than marry her.'

However, the couple ultimately announced that they were filing for divorce in 2019. Shortly after, he dated Lisa Stelly but they announced their split in 2021.

'They're both so busy, but there is no drama between them at all,' People's source said of their split. The insider added that Lisa's sprinkles company is 'growing like crazy' and Skylar was filming in Vancouver, Canada 'for half the time they were together.'

'They both just needed some time to recalibrate on their own,' the source noted.

Adding: 'They still love and support each other a lot and it's definitely hard for both of them.'

Even though his relationships may not have been successful, his career certainly has.

He continued his musical path in TV shows like Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. He also went back to his theatrical roots starring in Off Broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors.

Most recently, his show So Help Me Todd is a part of the Fall 2022 pilot season.

Anna Camp found love and most importantly, lifelong friends from Pitch Perfect

Anna Camp, 40, got her start in TV series like True Blood and The Good Wife but 2012 ended up being a big year for her.

Not only was she fresh off of the success of The Help, but she starred as Aubrey in Pitch Perfect. Aubrey was the extremely competitive co-leader of the Bellas who had a bit of a mean streak.

Camp enjoyed the process of filming just as much as her co-stars. In fact, her co-stars are what made the experience so wonderful for her.

'You can't fake chemistry like that. You can't fake having fun like that and poking at each other and being a real core group of girlfriends,' she told Collider's Ladies Night, adding, 'It felt like we were in college.'

That bond only continued to strengthen with Pitch Perfect 2 and 3 as her character continued to develop and ease up on the need to win.

As far as a potential Pitch Perfect 4, Camp expressed that she and the rest of the ladies are dying to make another sequel so it's certainly possible!

Even if they don't continue to film, Camp seems to have faith that she and her costars' bond will last a lifetime.

'I think that I really have friends for life,' she stated. 'What you see is a real thing.'

'You can't fake chemistry like that,' she said of her friendship with the cast of Pitch Perfect. 'You can't fake having fun like that and poking at each other and being a real core group of girlfriends.'

Camp dated Astin for three years and was married with him for around two but her friendship with her former Bellas has transcended the test of time

They've helped each other get through the ups and downs of the last ten years - including her relationship with their costar Astin.

While Astin may have described their relationship as love at first sight, Camp initially saw their relationship as a good friendship.

'We were friends first and just hit it off,' she told Glamour. 'We didn't really have a scene together, but he's just such a fun guy. He's great.'

She then opened up about how they transitioned out of the friend zone, explaining, 'He was dating somebody, and I had been through [a divorce] and he was like, "Do you want to go on a date?"'

'I remember thinking, Well, he's younger than me. He's five years younger. He's 26, and I'm 31. But I was like, "You know what? OK! Let's do it, let's see." He's literally my best friend.'

After tying the knot in 2016 and ultimately divorcing in 2019, Camp bounced back and started dating music producer Michael Johnson a year later.

In March 2020, she uploaded a pic of the two of them at Joshua Tree National Park, writing, 'In the middle of nowhere with no one I’d rather be with.'

She has also moved on with her career. After Pitch Perfect, she did star in a series very reminiscent of the hit trilogy. She played a lead role in the TV series Perfect Harmony, a story about a rural singing group.

Most recently, she is acting in indie films like Unexpected.

Brittany Snow won a legion of fans starring in Pitch Perfect - but has had to weather heartbreaking divorce behind-the-scenes

Brittany Snow, 36, already had made a name for herself by the time Pitch Perfect came around. She started out as a child actress and then went on to star in the musical TV series American Dreams, hit film John Tucker Must Die and movie musical Hairspray.

In fact, Snow was on a break from acting when Pitch Perfect came around but knew it was a film she just had to do.

'I was the last person cast, and I was writing letters and I was calling people. I was like, ‘I’ll play any part! I’ll do anything!"' She told Collider.

'I think because I was so invested, I knew in my heart that it was going to be something special because it was really smart,' she added.

Snow ended up playing Chloe, a peppy co-leader of the Bellas.

She enjoyed the experience so much that she credited it to rekindling her passion with acting.

She explained: 'So then coming back, it was like relearning how to be an actor again and I was just so grateful that I got Pitch Perfect because it was the perfect thing to make me fall in love with acting again.'

It's no surprise that Snow was eager to return for Pitch Perfect 2 and 3. By the time filming for the third film of the franchise was done, she stated she would be interested in making more.

'It’s our favorite thing to do,' Snow told Us Weekly of making the Pitch Perfect films. 'We would do these movies forever, not only because we’re such a family, but also because we’ve now gotten into a routine and a system and we understand each other’s comedy.'

It also doesn't hurt that the cast had such a strong bond.

'We really all have a very special connection, because we’ve just seen each other go through so much that there’s no bulls**t. We’re all like a family and it’s something very rare,' she told HollywoodLife.

After Pitch Perfect revived her passion for acting, she starred in Someone Great after in 2019, Almost Family TV series and film X.

She also met her now-estranged husband, Tyler Stanaland. The two began dating in 2018 and Stanaland popped the question shortly after in 2019. They tied the knot in March 2020 with a pre-quarantine wedding in Malibu.

However, the pair announced their separation this September after two years of marriage. At the time, there were rumblings that she hadn't wanted him to be on Selling The OC.

Their relationship was even a storyline featured on the Netflix reality series and at one point he had claimed his Selling The OC co-star, Kayla Cardona, tried to kiss him off-camera.

However, the two didn't bring up any of this drama in their breaukup announcement. Instead, the two posted joint statements on Instagram and stated that they wanted to 'make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.'

Later that month, Snow and Stranaland were spotted together at dinner and even spent the night together afterward so there could be a rekindling in the works.

Adam Devine, 38, got his start in the world of comedy. Just after he landed his long-running role on Workaholics, he got his big break on Pitch Perfect.

Funnily enough, the actor had no idea what the film was about.

'I actually didn't know it was a singing role,' he said on The Late Late Show With James Corden. 'I thought it was a baseball movie.'

Even though he didn't have a song prepared, he ended up landing the role of Bumper, the egotistical lead of the rival a cappella group, the Treblemakers.

While Devine wasn't invited back for the sequels, he had other projects up his sleeves.

During the time that the Pitch Perfect sequels were filming, he did voiceover work on Uncle Grandpa and Penn Zero: Part-time Hero. He also had a recurring role on Modern Family as Andy.

He also continued to work with his Pitch Perfect co-stars. He starred in Make and Dave Need Wedding dates with Kendrick and Isn't It Romantic with Wilson.

Even though he wasn't a part of the sequels, Pitch Perfect 2 and 3 director Elizabeth Banks invited him to film a spinoff TV series starring his character Bumper.

Devine and Bridges tied the knot in 2021

'No way in hell did I think this was gonna be a thing that was gonna happen,' he said during an interview with Collider

'I wouldn't have thought of it, in a million years, but I always loved playing that character. I never shot down or poo-pooed the idea.

'So, when that opportunity came around, I was like, "I think this could be a really fun thing to try."'

The series started filming in Germany in January and is set to air around November.

On top of his Pitch Perfect spinoff, he is starring on The Righteous Gemstones and is voicing Sam on the Green Eggs and Ham series.

Most recently, he has made headlines due to his name being so similar to Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine. Levine has been at the center of a cheating scandal so Devine wanted to make it clear that he has been faithful to his wife, Chloe Brides.

'I am not Adam Levine. He's a different guy and a worse singer,' Devine joked on Instagram

Devine and Bridges had met while filming The Final Girls in 2015. Even though they didn't get along while filming, they eventually began dating and Devine popped the question in 2019.

Come 2021, the two tied the knot in a reduced, smaller-sized wedding in Mexico due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Initially, the couple was worried they weren't going to be able to pull off a pandemic wedding.

'Is planning a wedding during a pandemic a lost cause? Possibly!' Bridges said on Instagram. 'But we're still plugging away - masked up and came to Mexico to start planning something smaller, later, more margarita-full, and (God willing) post-vaccine/safe/covid-free.'

Despite the difficulties of planning a pandemic wedding, the couple didn't let the stress get in the way of their love.

'I’ve known we had a special connection since we first met... and I quickly learned that he is the kindest, funniest, most incredible man I’ve ever met. I’m so proud to be his girl and will be even prouder to be his wife,' she wrote.

Hana Mae Lee played one of the most memorable Pitch Perfect characters, Lilly. Her character was mostly quiet aside from her darkly comedic one-liners like, 'I ate my twin in the womb.'

Pitch Perfect was one of her first big roles and one of her connections from the film booked her future work. She ended getting a role in her Pitch Perfect co-star's sitcom Super Fun Night.

During an interview, Lee reflected on what made her character and the rest of the quirky Bella members 'so special.'

'The mosaic of all the different personalities made us so unique,' she shared with ClevverTV.

She has also opened up about the difficulties of being the beatboxer of the Bellas. In both the first and second Pitch Perfect movies, she did half of the beatboxing. For the third film, she decided she wanted to do all the beatboxing herself but it didn't come without struggles.

'The beatboxing, your throat, it scratches a lot, with certain different beats that you do,' she told Screen Rant.

She continued: 'Certain noises you make, frog beats you do, deep down base and all that stuff. If I don’t do warm ups, and I have to sing after the beatboxing, it’s just awful. Like the worst thing.'

After filming the Pitch Perfect sequels, she continued working on musical projects like Haunters: The Musical TV series.

She also joined another franchise but in a completely different genre.

Lee was cast in the horror film The Baby Sitter and appeared in the sequel The Babysitter: Killer Queen as well as the horror anthology series Phobias with her Pitch Perfect co-star, Alexis Knapp. It turns out the genre was the exact change of pace Lee was looking for.

'I always wanted to do horror and I always wanted to play the villain and my agent's like "Yeah, whatever girl, you’re doing comedy,"' she told Screen Rant.

'It took me like 3 years, to even get a horror script, and then when I got The Babysitter from McG, I was pretty stoked,' she continued.

Her other most recent works are TV series including Perpetual Grace, Patriot and Ultra City Smith.

2012 was a big year for Knapp. In addition to Pitch Perfect, she also landed a role in the film Project X.

After her success in Pitch Perfect, she began to book a number of roles even before Pitch Perfect 2 including Caveman, Ground Floor and Grace: The Possession.

The actress reportedly wanted to film dramatic indie films after Project X and Pitch Perfect but instead took the advice of her creative team to do more 'commercial films' which she has come to regret.

'Because I kept getting stuff that became blockbustery, [her team] weren't allowing me to go into these indie realms and they kept shooting me at the most commercial stuff,' she said on the Popternative web show.

She added: 'I was unfortunately being such a passive follower that I didn't fight for what I really wanted.'

Once the Pitch Perfect sequels came out, she took a break from acting, seemingly to raise her child Kai whom she welcomed into the world with her ex Ryan Phillippe in 2011.

Shortly after, rumors circulated that she was dating Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane after she did voiceover work for the show. However, in 2013, he rep shot down those claims telling Just Jared, 'Alex and Seth have been great friends for years and nothing more.'

Since then, she has been private about her dating life. However, she has come back to acting with the horror anthology series Phobias along with Lee.

She also has multiple projects in store for 2022 - including her first project as a producer, Rosemary.

Ester Dean, 36, was a successful songwriter before she landed the role of Cynthia Rose in Pitch Perfect.

Before Pitch Perfect, she worked with artists like Mary J. Blige, Robin Thicke, Rihanna and many more famous artists.

She has also done voiceover work in Rio and Ice Age. But Dean's character Cynthia Rose, 'token lesbian,' was her first on-camera role.

Even though she hadn't appeared on screen before, filming with her co-stars helped Dean feel more comfortable on set.

'Everybody got along and I think that's what brought all of us to be comfortable there and singing together and learning how to dance together,' Dean said of her working with the cast of Pitch Perfect

After the Pitch Perfect sequels, she went back to her roots in songwriting and even appeared as a producer-host on the talent search show Songland in 2019.

Currently, she's lending her voice again to the animated series Central park as Hazel. She also was asked to be a host on the TV series Clash of the Cover Bands alongside Meghan Trainor, Adam Lambert and Steven 'tWitch' Boss.

She's also focused on helping songwriters grow their career with industry tip videos on YouTube.

Ben Platt, 29, has made a name for himself both on the screen and stage, and it all started with Pitch Perfect.

His role of Benji, Jesse's magician roommate who yearned to be one of the Treblemakers, was his first big movie credit. The actor was preparing to attend Columbia University but knew he couldn't miss out on such a big opportunity so he rerouted.

Ultimately, this ended up being a wise choice for Platt as he went on to start his theater career in The Book of Mormon and starred in the sequel Pitch Perfect 2.

While he wasn't invited back for Pitch Perfect 3, bigger opportunities arose for him on the stage.

He wowed audiences as the lead role in the Broadway hit musical Dear Evan Hansen which he won a Tony Award for and even went on to star in the film adaption of the musical.

All the while, he continued his on-screen career starring in The Politician.

Naturally, Platt has even more projects up his sleeve including features The People We Hate at The Wedding and Theater Camp as well as the movie adaption of the hit musical Merrily We Roll Along.

He's also enjoying his relationship with Noah Galvin, his Dear Evan Hansen successor.

'I know it's so incestuous,' Galvin joked on the Little Known Facts with Ilana Levine podcast. 'But it makes sense, like, we all went through the war together. We all feel very connected.'

While speaking to Out in September 2021, he opened up about finding 'a partner that I really love, Noah Galvin, my boyfriend.'

He doted that Galvin 'has a really unique ability to help me to…be present where I am and to make the life that’s happening day to day too wonderful to not want to be on the ground for it.'

In January, the two celebrated their two-year anniversary with a sweet Instagram video.

'happy 2 yr anniversary my king,' Platt wrote in the caption. 'You're the loml and you make every day special. i love you more than this tahdig & arroz con pollo hybrid you invented.'
