Jim Phillips' skateboard art are symbols of Santa Cruz that inspire artists all over the world.The graphic artist uses skateboards as his canvass, and he's most well-known for his creation of the Red Dot and the Screaming Hand.VIDEO: Watch the story hereIs the hand in pain?
