When staff all want to take their holidays at the same time it can cause a headache for practices

Managing staff leave is such a headache. Everyone seems to want to take holidays at the same time, and making sure we have enough cover in the practice can be challenging. Can I decline holiday leave requests? Also, working out who is entitled to what for annual and other leave is dif cult and seems to change each year. Can you give me some pointers?
