Vava Venezia was born in Puerto Rico and graduated from the University Saint Leo of Florida with an Associate in Liberal Arts. Her studies included psychology and political science. She also graduated from Graham Webb Academy as a master colorist and hairstylist. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity at Thomas Edison State University.
She works in the fields of Neo Dada Art and New Surrealism, both of which reflect her sense of humor and innocence about life and death. Through her photographs, she explores the most intimate moments of a woman reflected in a mirror before her - mysterious, mischievous, but at the same time lonely, nostalgic, and lost in her labyrinth of dreams. Me-too Pop Art in the tradition of female artists like Cindy Sherman, Barbara Kruger, and Sophie Calle.
