Robin L. Morrison was appointed to the TPUC by House Speaker Beth Harwell in 2013 and reappointed in 2015. In the fall of fall of 2020, Lieutenant Governor McNally reappointed her to a six year term. Ms. Morrison currently serves as a Vice President and financial center manager for one of the South’s largest banks, First Horizon Bank, and brings to the TPUC broad experience in customer relations, business management, and federal and regulatory compliance.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in business administration-finance, Ms. Morrison possess a comprehensive background in banking and finance and has obtained her Series 7/63 financial
licenses to sell securities, as well as being licensed to sell life and health insurance.

In addition, Ms. Morrison is a graduate of both the Southeastern School of Banking and Leadership Chattanooga. She is active in leadership roles in her community, having served on the boards of the South Board of Redevelopment Group, Junior League of Chattanooga, and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce’s Southside Council. She is also a member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute.
