  Amazing Food & Service!

  Jessica Sanchez and her whole team are amazing! Jessica was my main point of contact throughout planning and with every question (and there were many), she was friendly and meticulous. She advised on what appetizers go best together, what sides go well with the entrees, and what foods guests with dietary restrictions can and cannot have. She took dietary restrictions very seriously, making special plates for guests who needed it and letting me know exactly which appetizers and sauces they could/couldn't have. The food itself was fantastic as well! Everyone complimented it and had no complaints! 10/10 would recommend Pappas!

  Great Food and Service

  Pappas did an amazing job of catering our wedding. They were efficient, timely, and professional, all in the middle of a pandemic with many added restrictions and mandates. The guests loved the food and many have commented they want to get Pappas BBQ themselves in the future!

  Delicious food and amazing service!

  We used Pappas for our wedding and had beef and chicken fajitas and sides, with chips and queso/salsa to start. Our guests kept going back for more!

  Who Can Beat Cooking Fajitas on Site

  After experiencing Pappasitos on site cooking of fajitas at another wedding, hired them for our wedding. Food was excellent. Service incredible. Love them!

  Yummy delicious!

  Pappa’s was so yummy!! The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful! They served me and my husband as soon as we sat at our table and even packed us leftovers for after our wedding in case we were still hungry! The food was so good and all of our guests enjoyed it. Definitely recommend them!

  The Pappas team was so friendly and professional. And there's nothing quite like greeting your many out of town guests with the smell of fajitas! Pappas was also at least $1,000 less than any other caterer we priced out, so this was the clear comfort food choice for us.

  Food was so amazing. Guests were very impressed. We used Pappasito's menu for this and they cooked fajitas onsite. Such a treat for out of town guests especially. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

  We used Pappa's Catering (Pappasito's) to cater a wedding out in Kerrville on a family ranch. They hauled out and grilled fresh fajitas at the ranch. It was PERFECT! The food was fresh, delicious and served immaculately. The staff was super professional and so so nice. On the office/planning side, they are so well organized, and easy to work with. Their menu is extensive, so you get tons of options. I had an estimate within 24 hours and everything was very simply laid out. When compared to other options in the area, they were very reasonable and offered the most for the dollar. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  These guys are awesome! First of all, their food is amazing (we try to visit once a month for half price fajita wednesdays!) They catered our wedding and we had (you guessed it) fajitas! Super good - everybody loved it. They were very professional, set up on time, and didn't need any babysitting. They brought us a plate so I didn't have to go through the buffet in my dress (thanks!)   The food they provided was amazing. The catering manager I had, Juliet, is so professional and will make sure you get what you want. We had them bring their bartenders and use the alcohol we bought. They made so GREAT signature cocktails. Everyone commented on how fantastic the Pappas staff and the food was.

  The food was awesome! My venue was the McNay, and this was one of pre-approved caterers I had to choose from (not sure they still contract with the McNay though). I hadn't eaten here before, and thought it would be a lame version of Mexcian food since the restaurant was on the northside, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to try the food with my mom, and I signed the contract right there and then. The lady I worked with (?Marina?) was super nice and pleasant, and helped me to stay within my budget. Caterering is expensive, but this is one of the less expensive places, the food is great, and the service is even better.

  They were awesome! We had fajitas served buffet style at our wedding. They catered/prepared the food onsite and it was delicious. They were some of the best fajitas we had ever had and many of our guests weeks after the wedding were commenting on the food. Delicious!

  Ppl are still talking about the food

  We all know wedding food can be blah BUT Pappas catering shocked us all! people are still talking about how good the food at our wedding was! I was so impressed with their service and professionalism. They grilled the meat on sight! The displays were beautiful, and the bussed. Best value for our money, we were both happy and stuffed!

  I always thing Pappas is a bit overpriced, but maybe i'm just a penny pincher. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed it, I LOVED the service staff, they were awesome and did everything they possibly could to make my wedding perfect! I would definitely book them again.

  We had the avocado bar and quesadilla bar at our reception from Pappasitos through Pappa's Catering and the food was to die for! All of our guests were raving about how good the food was and what a unique idea it was to have bars set up where you could choose your own toppings. Marina was very responsive and was able to adjust our contract to fit our needs very quickly. On our wedding day they set up and broke down so quickly and made sure that my husband and I were waited on hand and foot. Even though it's a bit pricey I wouldn't have had anyone else!
