Rebecca Loos Reveals David Beckham Had Another Mistress

Rebecca Loos, David Beckham’s former personal assistant, isn’t done dropping bombshells about their alleged 2003 affair—this time claiming David slept with another woman! The release of the Netflix docuseries Beckham has brought the soccer star’s so-called mistress back into the limelight, and in a recent interview with Daily Mail, she claimed that she caught David in bed with a Spanish model at teammate Ronaldo Nazário’s birthday party on Sept. 22 2003.

This allegation comes after Loos, now 46, slammed David in an October Daily Mail interview for “making himself the victim” in his Netflix documentary. The yoga and meditation teacher now lives in Norway and wasn’t even aware of the docuseries’ existence until requests for interviews started pouring in. “If I remain silent,” she says, “I will be known as the liar.”

In a story posted by The Daily Mail on Oct. 21, Rebecca recalls the night she caught the soccer star in bed with another woman. While celebrating David's Real Madrid teammate Nazário's 27th birthday, she reportedly spotted him "hiding at the bottom of the garden" with an unnamed Spanish model. Later, David's wife Victoria called the personal assistant. "She's upset because she's calling David and he's not answering," Rebecca explained. "I said I didn’t know where he was."

After being prompted by the fashion designer to "go find" her husband of four years at the time, mother-of-two describes what happened next: "I went into the house and up the stairs and I saw David’s two bodyguards outside a door." After passing along the message that Posh Spice was on the phone, one went into the room and returned moments later with David.

"I can see the model in the background lying on the bed," Rebecca says. "I can see it's a bedroom. I was fuming and I just looked at him, gave him the phone and said, 'your wife.'"

Even though Rebecca was fully aware David was a married man, she still felt "so hurt” by the discovery. "It was just this awful feeling and I thought to myself, 'you stupid fool,' she says. "But he had me, he had his claws into me, and I was at his beck and call."

In their 4-part docuseries, Beckham, which premiered on Netflix on Oct. 4, the power couple address the affair rumors from so long ago. "It was the hardest period for us," Victoria said. "It felt like the world was against us. And we were against each other."

David described that period of hardship in his own interview featured in the show: "I get sold overnight. The next minute, I am in a city, I don't speak the language. More importantly, I didn't have my family." It was a difficult time for the young family, but through it all, their take on the allegations remains the same. In a 2004 statement, the former Manchester United player called the affair rumors "ludicrous," and said "the simple truth is that I am very happily married." David doubled down on this statement in episode 4 of Beckham titled "What Makes David Run:" "We were not losing each other," he said firmly.
