Visit the Clay Cliffs of Omarama on your Alps 2 Ocean Cycle trip. These remarkable pinnacle shaped rock formations are located 10km from the township of Ōmarama.

Quailburn Historic area

If you are after some true Kiwi farming history then the Quailburn historic site should definitely be on your list of things to do. Once part of the Benmore run, the Quailburn site is now open to the public for viewing thanks to the Ahuriri Conservation Park and DOC
